Terms & Conditions for Elite Air Inc.'s Lifetime Labor Warranty and Services

Elite Air Inc. is pleased to offer the Lifetime Labor Warranty for all newly installed heating and cooling systems, subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing a new installation and participating in this offer, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Lifetime Labor Warranty

1. New Installations Only

The Lifetime Labor Warranty is available exclusively on systems installed by Elite Air Inc. and is not transferable to previously installed systems, equipment, or third-party services.

2. Annual Maintenance Requirement

To maintain eligibility for the Lifetime Labor Warranty, the customer must agree to, and complete annual maintenance services performed by Elite Air Inc. This annual maintenance is required to be conducted at the customer’s expense. Failure to comply with this requirement will void the warranty.

Coverage Under the Lifetime Labor Warranty

1. The Lifetime Labor Warranty covers the labor costs associated with repairs on the heating and cooling system installed by Elite Air Inc. as long as the customer continues to meet the requirements outlined in this agreement, including the annual maintenance requirement.
2. This warranty does not cover the cost of any parts, equipment, or materials not installed by Elite Air Inc.

Requirements for Warranty Eligibility

1. Enrollment in Elite VIP Comfort Club Required

To maintain eligibility for the Lifetime Labor Warranty, the customer must enroll in either the Elite VIP Comfort Club Annual Membership or the Elite VIP Comfort Club Monthly Membership at the time of installation.

• Monthly Membership Option: If the customer selects the monthly membership, recurring charges will be billed on the 1st of every month, beginning immediately after the system installation.
• Annual Membership Option: If the customer selects the annual membership, the fee will be added to the installation cost, and it is the customer’s responsibility to renew it every year.
• Membership Pricing: Membership Pricing may increase and is subject to change.
2. Failure to Renew Membership

Regardless of whether the customer selects the monthly or annual membership, failure to maintain an active membership will void the Lifetime Labor Warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the membership remains active and renewed annually if applicable.

No Warranty on Previously Installed Systems

The Lifetime Labor Warranty is not applicable to any heating or cooling systems that were installed before this promotion and offer was introduced.

Modification of Terms

Elite Air Inc. reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Lifetime Labor Warranty at any time, with prior notification to customers.

15-Year Parts Warranty

1. Elite Air Inc. offers a 15-Year Parts Warranty on all parts and equipment installed as part of a new system.
2. Parts are covered for 15 years from the installation date. Any equipment or parts not installed by Elite Air Inc. are not covered by this warranty.

Limitations and Exclusions

1. Non-transferability

The Lifetime Labor Warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original customer who purchased the system from Elite Air Inc.

2. Scope of Coverage

This warranty does not cover damage or failure due to factors such as:

• Improper maintenance or neglect by the customer
• Acts of God (natural disasters, fire, flooding, etc.)
• Damage caused by unauthorized third-party services or modifications
• Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions
3. Exclusions

The warranty does not include labor for repairs or replacements required due to user error, external damage, or unauthorized modifications. Any parts not installed by Elite Air Inc. are excluded from coverage.

Warranty Registration

1. To activate and validate the Lifetime Labor Warranty, the customer must register the system with Elite Air Inc. within 30 days of installation.
2. Failure to complete the registration process will result in the forfeiture of warranty eligibility.

Warranty Claims

1. If any issue arises with your installed system that is covered under the Lifetime Labor Warranty, please contact Elite Air Inc. promptly at [Insert Contact Information].
2. A certified technician will evaluate the problem, and if covered, we will provide labor services to repair the system. For parts issues, please refer to the 15-Year Parts Warranty.

Cancellation and Termination

Elite Air Inc. reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Lifetime Labor Warranty if:

• The customer fails to complete the required annual maintenance services.
• The customer provides false information or misrepresents the system’s usage or maintenance.
• The system has been altered, repaired, or maintained by an unauthorized third party.

Pricing and Payment

1. The costs for installation, annual maintenance, and any additional services provided by Elite Air Inc. will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
2. Payment terms and conditions for such services will be outlined in the relevant proposal or invoice.

General Terms

1. No Warranty on Previously Installed Systems

The Lifetime Labor Warranty is not applicable to any heating or cooling systems that were installed before this promotion and offer was introduced.

2. Modification of Terms

Elite Air Inc. reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Lifetime Labor Warranty at any time, with prior notification to customers.
